The deposit is "not" a credit toward your rent, but a security deposit and is fully refundable. One half the rent is due within two weeks of receiving your deposit and the balance of your rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Rates: All rates quoted are based on payment in US Dollars,by credit card, certified check, money order or personal check. We accept Visa & Mastercard only. Cancellations: A $200.00 service charge is assessed on all cancellations. If you cancel within sixty days of your stay, every effort will be made to re-rent your unit, if we are successful you will receive a refund otherwise your rent will be forfeit. Check In/Out: Someone must check in & out of our office. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Check-out must be no later than 10:00 AM. No exceptions! Restrictions & Disclaimer: Pets: Only with written permission. Number of Vacationeers: Must not exceed occupancy restrictions per unit. ALL units are "no" smoking.
